We have two locations in Pooraka. Most programs and activities happen at Henderson Road. Some programs happen at Scott Street.

Henderson Road (Main Centre)

From Main North Road: Turn into Henderson Road. We’re on the corner with Montague Road.

Accessible parking: Available behind the building.
Taxi drop-off: Taxis can drop off in our rear car park or side car park shared with Good Start Early Learning.

Accessibility At Henderson Road
Entry: No-step entry. You can enter without using stairs.
Doors: Moderately sized internal and external doors. External doors are heavy. Tell us if you need help.
Hallways: Narrow hallway to toilets. Wheelchair users can access but space is tight.
Toilets: Wheelchair-accessible toilet available. Standard toilets are moderately sized.
Not a Changing Places location at this time.
Kitchen: Standard height table and benches. All cupboards locked except for staff and hirers.
Dropped kerbs:

First Visit Tips
For Henderson Road
Parking: Park behind the building or in the side car park. If both are full, use Montague Farm Shopping Centre across the road.
Entry: Main entrance is on Henderson Road side. Look for our signage.
Reception: Come to reception when you arrive. Staff will welcome you and help you find where you need to go.
Thursday 10am: Best time for a first visit. That’s when Chatty Cafe happens. Just walk in, get tea, meet people.
For Scott Street
Parking: Park on-site.
Entry: Main entrance faces Scott Street.
First time: Most Scott Street programs are regular groups. People will welcome you when you arrive.
